Who we are
Dynamite IT is a Hutt Valley-based IT company providing IT support, VoIP phone systems, 0800 numbers, fibre broadband, Microsoft 365 and cloud backup to businesses across the Wellington region.
We’re a small, tight-knit team led by Fraser Ray, with three full-time technicians and a junior team member backing us up. That means you deal with real people who know your setup, not a faceless helpdesk.
We speak plain English, show up when we say we will, and won’t lock you into anything you don’t need.

Our story
Dynamite IT Solutions was founded in February 2007 with a focus on building reliable, local technology infrastructure for Wellington businesses. What started with web hosting and server management quickly expanded as our customers needed more VoIP phone systems, 0800 numbers, business broadband, and IT support all followed as we grew alongside our clients.
Today, we operate our own server infrastructure in Wellington, NZ giving us full control over the services we deliver and the ability to respond quickly when something needs attention.
Nearly two decades in, we’re still the same local team focused on the same thing making technology work reliably for Hutt Valley and Wellington businesses, without the hassle.
